Mediation Fees
We have a three-hour minimum for each mediation conference.
The total fee shall be divided equally between or among the parties unless otherwise agreed upon before or at the mediation. Invoices will be delivered to each party at the conclusion of the mediation conference via email.

Two-Party Mediation
Multi-Party Mediation (3 or more)
Mediation with three or more parties will be billed at $200.00 per party per hour.
Scheduling
To ensure the greatest access to our service, we schedule mediation beginning at 9:00 or 9:30 A.M. and 1:00 or 1:30 P.M.
Mediation is scheduled for three hours. If you will need more time, please let us know and we will schedule accordingly.
Cancellations
If a mediation is cancelled less than five (5) business days before the date of the scheduled conference, a two-hour fee will be charged.
It is our policy to confirm mediation one week prior to the conference to ensure that it is still scheduled.
